TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order or making a payment on MANSIDES Community, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

MANSIDES Community provides custom digital services including:

  • Custom websites built to your specifications
  • Roblox systems and maps
  • Discord bots, available as a one-time purchase or monthly rental

All work is done by our team from scratch. We do not use pre-built templates.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • Orders are submitted through the form on our Selling page and confirmed by us before work begins.
  • Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed during the confirmation process.
  • Work does not start until payment is received.
  • Prices shown are starting prices. The final price is confirmed after discussing your project.
  • We may update pricing at any time. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

3. DEVELOPMENT AND TIMELINE

  • An estimated delivery time is provided at confirmation. This may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
  • Please provide a complete brief upfront. Missing details can cause delays.
  • Mid-project changes may affect the timeline or cost. We will let you know before proceeding.
  • Delays caused by slow responses or incomplete information from your side are not our responsibility.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please read this before making a payment.
  • No refunds once work has started or the product has been delivered.
  • Refunds are only considered if we are unable to fulfill the order at all and work has not yet started.
  • Cancellations after payment has been made are not eligible for a refund.
  • For monthly bot rentals, no refunds are issued for time already used.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Once paid and delivered, usage rights transfer to you for the agreed purpose.
  • We may feature the work in our portfolio. If you prefer it stays private, let us know and we will respect that.
  • You may not resell or claim the work as your own without our permission.
  • The MANSIDES name, logo, and brand assets remain our property and may not be used without written consent.

6. LIABILITY

  • We are not responsible for how you use the product after it has been delivered.
  • For products built on Roblox or Discord, we are not liable for issues caused by updates or policy changes made by those platforms after delivery.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the product complies with the terms of any third-party platforms involved.

7. ACCOUNTS

  • Accounts on our platform are used for order management and transaction history.
  • Keep your login credentials secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
  • We may suspend accounts found to be involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • One account per person.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it through direct communication before taking any further steps.
